This organization is very important for Youth and Sport City Management and Scout Foundaiton.

International Peace Scout Camp was organized by The World Muslim Scout Union and The Turkish Scout Federation.

"International Peace Scout Camp" approaches one other European and African Region Scout Foundations.

This Scout Camp is for the first time in Turkish scout history.

After this organisation we understood, The Culture Park in Dudlu Kırı is ready other big scout camp organization.

And finally, I want to thank to all countries that supported and their participation to our organization.

INTERNATIONAL PEACE SCOUT CAMP

Aim: To help young people to understand all aspects of peace and to contribute to creating a better and peaceful world

Objectives: At the end of this camp participants will have

Understood the importance of individual peace, peace with others and worldwide peace and the relationship amongst them,

Understood their roles as individuals in reaching these three dimension of peace,

Learned someting about new cultures,

Sterenghtened their tolerance and understanding towards others.

Background: This camp is a part of 2004 annuals program of General directorate of Youth and Sports for Financial support. Logistics will be supported by scouts and guides of several provinces of Turkey. Coordination management will be carried out by Scouts and Guides of Konya Province.

It is expected the participation about 300 Scouts and girl Guides from all organizations; the proceedings on details will be distributed accordingly.

We are looking forward to all scouts and guides for their participation and sharing their knowledge and experience with us.
